October 10, 2014 – Alexey Manasuev joins U.S. Tax IQ as a principal to provide non-legal U.S. tax and cross-border tax services to his clients. Alexey is an experienced tax practitioner with over dozen of years of experience in U.S. tax, U.S. international tax, and transfer pricing. Alexey also provides to his clients, on an as needed basis, U.S. legal services as a Foreign Legal Consultant authorized to practice U.S. law in Ontario (as a sole practitioner).

U.S. Tax IQ is a boutique tax firm, with offices in Oakville and downtown Toronto, specializing in U.S. tax and cross-border tax consulting and compliance services for small and medium size businesses, high net worth individuals, and U.S. citizens and Green card holders residing in Canada and outside the United States.
